What Is An Onsite Meeting & What Does It Involve?

Everything you need to know about onsite meetings.

What is an Onsite Meeting?

An onsite meeting is when the builder, and/or other professionals such as designers, certifiers or engineers, meet with the client at the job site to review the project. Site visits are a great opportunity to meet with your team of experts and explore the progress on your project.

How Often Do Onsite Meetings Occur?

We offer weekly on-site meetings with our clients once construction begins. This process allows you as a client to remain involved and updated with clear communication throughout the entire renovation or new build.

What Does A Site Meeting Involve?

Site meetings are in place to ensure our client’s are kept informed, can raise any concerns or changes and are aware of the schedule and construction progress. Our onsite project director will take you through the progress of the build and discuss matters relevant to your home construction.

Client-builder site meetings generally take between 30 minutes to 1 hour or more depending on the size of your build. Our team will facilitate booking these meetings for you.

If you would like to learn more about client site meetings or are interested in starting the build process for your home, reach out to our team.
