Communication

In our process, effective communication is essential. We emphasise close collaboration with our clients, organising frequent on-site meetings to review progress, discuss upcoming milestones, and address any required variations. The top priorities for us is our client's’ satisfaction and active involvement.


Client Portal

We have a complimentary client portal that provided you with one central location to access important documentation, such as plans, variations and quotations, and make design selections. Through this portal you can communicate with Oztown and keep track of your project, all in one convenient place.

Any new documentation, selections or concerns that you have can be added through the portal. You will have access indefinitely to anything shared on the portal including handover documentation, as a record of your new build, renovation or extension.


Weekly Site Meetings

We offer weekly on-site meetings with our clients to ensure you are kept informed, can raise any concerns or changes, and are aware of the build or renovation progress. This process allows you as a client to remain involved and updated with clear communication throughout the entire process.


Specialised Team

We have a specialised office team that can address your emails, facilitate in office meetings throughout the process and keep you updated with any relevant changes to your project.

We strive to take images and videography of your project to capture the transformation.
