The first step to start the renovation or build process at Oztown is to fill out our Project Enquiry Form. This is linked as one of the tabs on the top right of our website. This form allows you to provide more information about your project plans, budget and what you are wanting to achieve. From here our team will reach out to you to discuss your potential project further.

Our offices are conveniently located in Brendale. We service Inner City Brisbane and surrounds, the Redland Bay Region and the Moreton Bay Region. If you are unsure if your property falls within our service region, feel free to contact our team and enquire.

You don't need plans before you approach our team. All you need is an idea of what you are wanting to achieve and we can go from there. We work in collaboration with a range of experienced designers. Our directors can assess your project and put you in touch with a design team best suited to your project.

Yes. We have clients come to us without design plans. We work in collaboration with a range of experienced and high quality building designers, architects and interior designers to help create a home that is customised and reflective of your style and needs. Taking a collaborative design and construct approach allows you to take advantage of both the builder and designers expertise throughout the entire process.

Yes. We know that the number of design decisions when building or renovating can be fatiguing or you may be worried that you will regret your decisions. To help with this, we work with a range of trusted suppliers who we can put you in touch with and representatives that can guide you through your material selections, fixtures, colours and finishes. We also work in collaboration with interior designers for clients wanting a full styling and design service.

Absolutely. Throughout our quoting process, we provide our clients with a detailed itemised proposal which ensures you have a comprehensive understanding of all costs involved from the beginning. The itemised proposal (or quotation) includes a detailed breakdown of the scope of works, inclusions and costings.
We work in collaboration with trusted trades and suppliers to obtain and deliver quotes for each component of your renovation or build, to provide you with an accurate figure. We also conduct further surveying and site investigations during this stage to establish the extent of what the project will entail and rule out any known complications.

Effective communication is essential. We emphasise close collaboration with out client’s, organising frequent on-site meetings to review progress, discuss upcoming milestones, and address any required variations. The top priorities for us is our clients’ satisfaction and active involvement.
We offer weekly on-site meetings with our clients’ to ensure you are kept informed, can raise any concerns or changes and are aware of the build or renovation process. We also provide you with a detailed project timeline prior to the start of your project. This process allows our client’s to remain involved and updated with clear communication throughout the entire process.

Yes, you can. However, as part of our safety protocols at Oztown Constructions and the Work Place Health and Safety laws, we ask that you only visit site when a site meeting has been arranged and you are accompanied by a member of our management team. This includes entering a construction area if you are still living in your home during the works. This helps to ensure the safety of our clients’, while onsite and to provide guidance and assistance throughout the visit.

At Oztown Constructions, the quality of our projects is managed and maintained through rigorous processes from start to finish. Our team of experienced project managers, supervisors, and carpenters work closely together to ensure that every aspect of the construction adheres to the highest standards. We do this through management inspections, certification and weekly team reviews, high quality materials and reliable suppliers, strong relationships with high-quality subcontractors and conducting third party defect inspections at the completion of our projects.

Whether you are conducting small scale internal works or a major full home renovation, we recommend moving out rather than living on the premises while construction is underway. This is for many reasons including safety, practicality and overall project efficiency. Where client’s do choose to continue living in their home during works, for example if they are renovating one level of their home. We will create create isolated areas of the house and put the correct safety measures in place during this time. If you are unsure how this could work for your home, our team of directors can help provide you with a suitable solution for your project.

An onsite meeting is when the builder, and/or other professionals such as designers, certifiers or engineers, meet with the client at the job site to review the project. Onsite visits are a great opportunity to meet with your team of experts and explore the progress on your project.

Yes you can. We understand that ideas evolve or changes may need to be made once construction begins. We offer a structured variation process to accomodate changes. We will walk you through the impacts on budget and timeline before proceeding with any variation works.
