Build Under and Internal Renovation
What started as a classic Queenslander on stilts has been completely reimagined into a spacious, modern family home. By building under and renovating throughout, this project unlocked a whole new level of living — transforming the underutilised space beneath the home into an entirely new floor.
The addition includes three new bedrooms, a dedicated study, laundry, open dining area, custom family games room, full bathroom, and a generous master suite — delivering everything a growing family needs, all while honouring the character of the original home.
