Second Dwelling Living & Front Facade Appeal Renovation

This granny flat home extension at Bracken Ridge offers a seamless integration with the existing property, providing additional living space while complementing the original design. The neutral color palette and modern finishes create a contemporary look that blends effortlessly with the surrounding environment. The versatile layout caters to our client’s needs of accommodating extended family and providing them with their own independent living quarters. The project consisted of the construction of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living space and entry/mudroom. This addition not only enhances the functionality of the property but also adds value to the overall investment.

We also renovated the front facade of the property, providing our client’s with a secondary carport, large driveway and electric gates for security around their property.

Before Stage

Prior to renovating this property, our client’s had a large margin of space down the side of their home, which they were able to capitalise on and build the granny flat structure. Making use of their large grassed front facade, they were able to concrete this and construct fencing and a new carport creating a more secure front to their property. Our client’s effectively made use of their lot to create value and a secondary dwelling.
