Our Answer

Yes you can. However, as part of our safety protocols at Oztown Constructions and the Work Place Health and Safety laws, we ask that you only visit site when a site meeting has been arranged and you are accompanied by a member of our management team. This helps to ensure the safety of our clients’, while onsite and to provide guidance and assistance throughout the visit .

Weekly Site Meetings

We understand the importance of you being able to visit your home during the construction process. That's why we offer weekly site meetings with our clients’ to ensure you are kept informed, can raise any concerns and changes and are aware of the project progress. This process allows you as a client to remain involved and updated with clear communication through the entire project build, while staying safe during visits.

Our Dedicated Team

Our dedicated team members are here to support you every step of the way and address any concerns you may have during the process. Your safety is our priority and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these safety precautions.

What precautions do I need to follow when living in my home during the construction/build phase?

If you are living in your home while works are occurring, we will barricade off the work area, apply protective ram board to your flooring, display signage and place plastic screens to minimise impact to the remaining areas of your home. We ask that you comply with these barriers and do not enter the work areas or touch equipment during the construction process.
